It appears that the Member # in Column A gets incorrectly transferred to the Column D total when there are no Direct or Indirect PE Credits shown in Columns B and C. The Allocated Credits then transfer to and misstate each member's K-1. Oddly, if there are amounts in either Column B or C, the Cloumn D total seems to compute correctly.
My workaround was just to blank out the Column D amounts with overrides.
