Balance due on Form 8962 forgiven

Recent reading says the if Form 8962 has a balance, it need not be paid.

      I don't think IRS has even issued guidance on this...

      I am checking this page, have it bookmarked in an easy place to check regularly these days

      In other news I see where AICPA & other tax pro organizations are renewing their efforts to extend payment & filing for 2020 + estimates to June 15.
