It prints the Federal and not the state

I'm very sympathetic to your difficulties and would like to see what we can do but I need more information about your issue. Can you supply more information?

Information: ?

1. Core or Basic?

2. Which State?

3. Which Fed?

4. What type of printer?

5. Have you tried printing to PDF (This method is known to solve a lot of printing issues)?

6. Are you printing from HomeBase or from within the return?

7. Is it Filing Copy, Client Copy or Preparer Copy?

Will the program correct the non printing problem?
