Is anyone else having issues with initiating updates on proseries Basic? I have reported problem to support past few weeks and few days ago I was able to update but it appears proseries update activation is not responding once again. I was told by support an email was being sent to customers regarding this problem. I have yet to receive an email
I can't update to the new version at all.
Are you trying through 2022 program?
If you're unable to use the Download Next Year's ProSeries Product feature, you can download your program from within My Account. Enter your username and password to sign in, and then click Download 2023.
