You won't "transfer the program" to a new computer, you will install the program on the new system then transfer the client data files over to the new computer via flashdrive or some other type of removable device.
You can download/install on the new computer by logging into your ProSeries account here (scroll down to ProSeries and log in: https://www.intuit.com/sign-in/ then use the instructions below.
