Third Party Designee default setting

Trying to get Federal Returns to default to 3rd Party Designee as Yes.  I have gone to Tools, Options, Miscellaneous, and checked the box for Preparer Allowed to Discuss Return, but still need to check in each return.

It isn't check on any of the new returns?   Or is it not checked on returns already created?  

I think you will have to check on any return created before you change your setting in Tools/Options.....
