Form 8889 is using 2017 numbers for max contribution. Is there an online place to report issues besides here? I'm not waiting on hold to call in this problem.Thanks.

They already know about it.
When the program is first released, it mostly uses the previous year's numbers (there are many other things too that have not been updated yet). They usually update most of that by mid-December.
