State Return - error checking dialog box at conversion missing

E-filing a return that has a deceased client, no spouse and only child claiming return. The federal return was accepted but the NE return was rejected saying that I had to attach a PDF file of the Form 1310 and a Death Certificate. Both have been attached by PDF and the return in Home Base shows the attachment. I cannot get rid of the error in the review and the dialog box that used to show up when e-filing that allowed to uncheck the errors box does not show up.

Question basically is how can I get to the dialog box that I can indicate that it can be e-filed with the erroneous error?

Are you Efiling from the EFCenter or from within he client return? If youre in the EFcenter, that window always pops up.

Yes, I am in the EF Center

Tried again and the dialog box did pop up.  Success
