Software won't run update check

When I try to update my installed product, the ProSeries Update window pops up and doesn't do anything.  It's just stuck on "initializing connection".

First look at the updates Log and see when the last update was installed 

Top menu bar  Information > Logs > Updates Log

Does it do the same thing if you close PS and run Update from the Windows programs menu?

Looks like there are no new updates.  Still weird that it won't run the check and say there are no new updates. The reason I was running it is because the signature page for Arizona won't print.  It says "Form is not final" and suggested I run updates.  I checked the forms ready page and found out it won't be ready for 2 more days (hopefully).  Thank you for your response!

The forms release page says it wont be ready until the 29th.
