ON A FORM 1099-DIV:

SECTION 199A DIVIDENDS:

WHERE DO I ENTER ENTER THESE DIVIDENDS?

On Proseries Pro you double click on the line on the Sch B and it drills down into a worksheet for the 1099-Div that has the line to enter 199A Div. It probably works the same with basic but not certain.

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

    It does work the same in Basic and in Pay Per Return

      My question: Because we can add them to ProSeries, does that mean they qualify for the deduction? I have been trying to find the answer. If I add them, ProSeries is calculating the deduction, but is this correct?
