"Return not transmitted"

attempting to e-file return, has fed, NJ, and NY. I have made 3 attempts.

it goes thru the process of converting and transmitting and the result is always "return not transmitted."

there is no reject code and I have tried updating already. 

any suggestions? We are on a network with  copies of the program on each terminal, so I am going to try on a different terminal when it is free.

I had that happen a few days ago.  If I remember correctly, I disabled error checking and it went through.
