Return Authorization

I have purchased the ProSeries that comes with 50 tax returns.  I am trying to print the first tax return for the season and I ProSeries is trying to charge me another $82 for this return.  I have already paid for 50, I should not have to pay an additional $82 for each tax return

I am having the same issue.  I already paid for 50 returns, so why are they trying to charge me a fee?

is the state return for 1 of the 2 states you picked? any additional state return is an add'l charge

Never mind...Intuit sent me the wrong software and the problem is now fixed.  Thanks.
