I don't see the "ProSeries safe mode" in the Help - Tools for ProSeries Basic. Please help to fix the repeating closing and crashing

I got my crashing down to almost nothing by

1) doing an Windows Update   read thru this link Unexpected Behavior: ProSeries crashing after late... - Intuit Accountants Community

2) doing the Tools-Repair Updates

Was supposed to be an update this morning that fixes it and gives a PSTools Hub program as well, that fixes a bunch of stuff.
