Rejected Return - Problem with a Dependent

Greetings--

A return I filed yesterday was rejected--apparently because there's a problem with info on one of the dependents. I followed the advice of Just Lisa Now, and found the Rejection Report.

However--the instructions say that the "Description" line will tell me WHICH dependent caused the problem.  (There are 3 children on the return.)  But in fact the Description line just says (0000).

Can anyone make sense of that for me?

You don't see a number in square brackets next to the description detail anywhere? 

If it was the first dependent listed you'd find a [1] in the rejection message somewhere.... second listed dep would show a [2]
