My client's tax return was rejected by the IRS because ProSeries Basic Schedule A is not properly adding the cash and non-cash charitable contributions together. The calculation omits the non-cash contributions. Is anyone else having that issue? The technical support is not open today to assist.

Yeah, they screwed that up last week. You should have seen the yellow banner "alert" in your program about it.
In short, you NEED to use the worksheets now. You can't enter the amount directly on the line (and any previous returns that you had entered directly on the line are now screwed up).
