Can anyone print their returns?

    I get nothing. The message says that the form/ return was sent to the printer and was processed but nothing gets to the printer. 

    it will print the log.

    I've been printing all day and have not had a problem.  Are you sure you're sending it to your printer and not the PDF printer.

      Yes, I can print pdf but can’t get any forms or returns to print on my printer. As I said the program tells me that the return was sent to the printer and I can print the message on my printer.

      I have a similar problem.  I am able to print federal forms regularly, but no state or municipal forms will print.  Our whole office is printing to PDF right now to get complete returns.  Haven't seen a fix or better work around yet.
