The old community site had a separate section where preparers could post tips learned over the years. Is that still available. It was very helpful as a resource for newer preparers and we didn't have to answer the same question every time one was posted.

I don't remember ever seeing this "section" that youre referring to, sorry.  As long as I can remember, people ask the same questions over and over and over....if there was such a place, nobody used it.
