Part year allocation error

Hello,

Client is a part-year resident with income in two states. I was able to allocate the wages and unemployment.  I received an error message to allocate the education deduction, however, the area to record the allocation is directing me to a blank line.  I have searched the allocation worksheet but do not see the area to do the allocation

You're in the part year allocation worksheet at the bottom of the Fed info worksheet?

You have an tuition deduction on Line 21 of Sch 1 ? 

If so, it should appear on Line 25 of the part year state allocation worksheet.

I understand that, however, the area is just a white screen.  I  was able to identify the fields for the wages and unemployment.

The part year allocation worksheet is just blank? I get odd graphic glitches now and then, have you exited the client file, restarted the program and still the same?
