Where is SVEN when you need him?  Have you tried rebooting?

Google shows it as an error related to Windows in some way, not ProSeries directly. 

Try to google it and see if you notice anything that may apply to your Windows set-up.

Do you have a Windows update that hasnt completed installing or something like that?   

Id reboot and see if you have better luck after that.
