New Software

I just got an email for a new tax software called  SwiftFP. Has anybody ever heard of them?

Never heard of them, but they evidently don't follow the Intuit model:

"Our Customers have the option of calling our toll-free number for assistance, with a maximum of two minutes wait time, if any, or access support from our website by simply chatting on and requesting remote support. Working with us is simple, convenient, and reliable."

If you have never heard of them how do you know they are not following the rules?

But for the record I said they don't follow the Intuit model.  I never said they didn't follow the rules.
