Login Problems

Is anyone having the error code (25625) when attempting to open the 2020 or 2021 product,

I am on a server based network.

I'm not on a network, but I haven't had any issues opening up either year today.

Hi @Olympus Tax , have you tried refreshing updates? Also, are you having issues with any other years?

If you do and you still run into the issue, can you email the file C:\ProWin21\32bit\logs\proseries.txt to proseries_engineering@intuit.com?

Please include your username in the email somewhere so we know it's you.

The problem only occurs with 20 and 21, Have refreshed updates, ran a new install and same problem exists.

Hi @Olympus Tax , I replied some days ago asking for some more info but seems like that got lost.

1. Can you share a screenshot of the issue you're seeing or describe the issue more verbosely? I took at your log files, and I see that the login screen is coming up. What happens after that?
2. Have you tried signing in with different accounts?
3. Can you also send us the file, <PS installation>/32bit/logs/ADG.log ?
