Fixed asset print error

received an error msg when trying to print from fixed asset product  Invalid printer driver.

I do not receive this error for any other application on my computer(including any other Intuit product)

have you rebooted the computer and printer since this started?

yes numerous times. I also reinstalled the fixed asset application on the computer.
