E-filing: Conversion Failure when all Errors have been cleared
I am getting the message screenshotted below, which states that the federal return failed review. I am trying to e-file the state returns only. The federal return is being mailed.
(1) The state return errors have all been cleared for California. How can I get CA e-filed?
(2) The only state return error for Kentucky is that the Kentucky nonresident return apparently requires a resident state. My taxpayer is in a foreign country. I used "FC" (for Foreign Country) on other returns, but the Kentucky return in ProSeries apparently requires e-filers to live in a state... Any ideas on how to e-file this Kentucky return?
