Go to tools, options, passwords. Then put in Primary password, and that should work for all clients with password

I have learned to put a note on the line that I want to transfer info from year to year. i.e. I look up the client property tax payment on line so I have a note on that line of the return that shows the assessors account # for the property. Much quicker than waiting for client to provide correct i

i.e. 2 I put a note on the % line of bus. use of home...expenses that reflects the sq ft % for office use

be sure you have the program set so the notes don't print but transfer from year to year

Believe me these notes have saved numerous hours for me.
