client letters

The client letter duplicates part of the first page, and on that first page, it is cut off. This happens to all letters, and also to prior year versions

If you print to PDF does the same thing happen?

Yes, the same thing happens.

Yes, same thing happens when I print to PDF and when I preview print. Any thoughts, Lisa?

I havent seen anyone else with this complaint. Im guessing youve rebooted both the computer and the printer since the issue began?
