Any idea when 2023 Form 990 and/or 990-EZ will be available for download?

The 990 module is usually the last to be released - 2023 calendar year 2023 990 returns not due until May 15, 2024. Therefore, I would wait a little bit and be patient.

I like to do my 990 series after april; 15.. spreads the work out some but I am not a fan of 990s in general though. much rather do 1040s

though nothing can top a 990-N for ease

@Jim-from-Ohio If possible, you may want to file extensions for this and other returns, and spread work out over spring and summer.

of course we remember 2020 when we had until july to file, without any extensions needed.. that was awesome
