Quick Collect not working!!!!

Quick Collect was working the other day and now it won't populate or do anything.  Does anyone know what's going on?  I've tried updating through the "Tools Repairs Update" option.  It will work if the client had it in 2020 but it won't populate for new Quick Collect clients.

Hi @Jtax LLC , if you go to Tools > Options > Enrollment Options and hit Refresh, do you get the approved status? It should also select Quick Collect in the dropdown.

After that, does the Quick Collect form populate if you check the box to select Pay by Refund and then QuickZoom to the TPG Quick Collect worksheet?
