Anyone ever encountered this. 1099-DIV Box 1a is Blank, 1b has 30,171 in Qualified dividends.
It's the only number on the form....

No. But if they got that much qualified dividends, they must have gotten at least that much total dividends. Is it from some private, nonpublic company?
