I try to printout a file and is coming a message says Important Prevent duplicate pay-per-return (PPR), etc.
I paid my renew in full for all year.

Are you attempting to print an individual return or a business return?
Is this a new install on a new computer?
If you purchased unlimited returns and its prompting you to PPR, the first thing to try is licensing the product.
