Proseries Basic random crashes
What is the status of FIX for the PS Basic random crashes since last week?
I have done the PS 2020 Repair Update, but program is randomly crashing (silently shuts down w/ no explanatory error or window message) at variety of times, and seems to be happening more often, doing a variety of tasks -- going back to Homebase, in Checklist getting more forms, entering tax info...?!! Most frustrating was entering almost all the client info, then program crashed, and NOTHING was saved. I thought PS saved data automatically during inputting? I always hit save before going back to Homebase, now I feel like I must save after each screen, in case program crashes again. Unhappy user here...
