Program not handling dependent correctly.

I filed a dependent's return and I have the box checked for both can the taxpayer be claimed as a dependent and were they. I checked yes for both, but the program is still handling the forms wrong. I have updated and it still isn't correct. And now, since I filed the dependent first, I am getting a reject on the parent's return.

Im not sure what handling the forms wrong means....what isnt correct?

Are these dependent teenagers and could have filed on the Non Filer site for the stimulus and causing their parents return to reject?
