program crashing

From home base i open a client file and the program crashes, any ideas?

The first thing I would try is a simple reboot of your computer.

If that doesn't work, I would go to your start button on your computer.  Click on it and then select ProSeries.  Click on that and then select the tools - repair updates.

If that doesn't work, I would throw my computer out the window and call it a day.
