program crashes

Anyone having program crashes after the last update?  I am and it is frustrating, any ideas?

    Call tech support, see if you need to remove the program, and reload.  Had to do it with 2019.

    Hopefully it works..

      Thanks for the idea, hopefully I won't have to do that, will wait til the next update, if it gets any worse, I'll have to call.

        Don't waste your time calling.  Try going to your start menu, click on ProSeries and then click on repair updates.  That works for some folks.  But for a lot of other folks, it didn't help and Intuit is trying to get the problem ironed out.

          Yes,  my program is also experiencing glitches and will crash while working on a tax return.  This started happening after the unemployment update was released.  Too late in the tax season to have this type of program error.

          Proseries needs to get this fixed.
