Processing Charges

Is an option to remove those charges from returns. I don't want this options.

Processing charges in ProSeries Professional?   I dont think so.

Thank you for your replay. I am so confused about this program. I always used basic and this one is so complicated for me. I think I am going to switch back to it 😞

Is it asking you to pay per return? If you paid for Basic, then it is PPR when you use Professional.

But if you paid for Professional unlimited, you shouldnt be getting PPR fee requests.
