On my EF Center, suddenly, my client name fields are all blank. EIN, status, etc is all still visible. How do I retrieve my client names to display again?

Switch over to a regular HB view and open a return, then save and exit....does the EFCenter go back to normal?

    when in doubt, shut it down and start over. there are gremlins in the product. you can also try to refresh or in the homebased menu try homebased tuneup…. if it doesn't come back try tech support.

    If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround
