Pro series basic client letter edit

Does anyone have steps on how to edit client letter in Basic Pro Series....years ago someone posted how to do it...and I cant find the instructions now.

    I dont use Basic so Im not sure what they offer....You dont have any built in options in the Tools menu? Or did the instructions explain how to edit it outside of ProSeries?

    If Basic doesnt give any built in letter editing options, I know Professional saves it as an RTF file which can be opened and edited using WordPad (dont use MSWord it scrambles it all up), the file name is fdiltr.rtf and its in ProSeries' Common folder.
