Prior year (2018) return rejected. I have updated 2018 installed products and have used both 2019 an 2020 submission dates; both rejected. Apparently the State was accepted. Message I get is "Error response received from gateway". INTUIT reps have not yet been responsive.

Ive seen gateway errors in the past, they've always cleared up on their own....how many times has it happened?
