Printing problems

I am having trouble printing to a remote printer.  I have been doing this for years.  Same printer. The 2020 package is printing just symbols on all tax forms.  Does anyone know the fix for this?   Thank you.

Been using LogMeIn past several years to work remotely.  ProSeries 2020 printing garbage.  Past releases still print fine.  Not acceptable, any thoughts?

Printer is same as prior year and is HP Laserjet 600/M601
