Getting an error "A problem was encountered that has caused your program to crash."
it is only happening at the moment on one (1) return. Everything else is running fine.
How can I fix this? Have over a 1 hour wait on the phone for technical assistance.

Can you print it to a pdf without the crashing?
Could you update ProSeries and see if you're still experiencing this issue?
We think a fix we put out Wednesday could have addressed this.
