I can log in to the program, but once I open a client, a pop up comes up and doesn't move to allow me to click on it to remove it. The whole screen locks up.
What if you call up task manager and end task and try again
I have tried that several times to no avail.
In the task manager, there is also a tab called Services.. see if you can find any ProSeries items open there and close them if there

Go to folder 25Data, then double click on client file you want to process.
You need to do this everytime you process a new client.

Have you tried clicking the popup (or hit Alt-Tab until that window is highlighted), the do Alt-F4 to close the window?
Same with me Protection plus popup cant close🤔
