paying for a return

I have unlimited personal returns and 15 business returns.  I have not used the 15 business returns yet am being asked to pay to print a form 706.  Does anyone know why?

I'm not familiar with how your package deal works but I'm willing to throw some suggestions your way. Is it asking you to pay or to "authorize" charge?   What is showing in your Account Balance?

    It is asking me to "Authorize Return" but it wants me to enter my credit card information.
