Is anyone having issues e-filing a password protected return in TY 2022. When I select e-file it doesn't ask me to type in the password then immediately rejects the return saying the password needs to match. I contacted Proseries who told me to reinstall the program. I have 1 admin & 5 workstations they are saying i need to reinstall to fix this, which I don't believe to be true. I do not have the option to remove the password either. It's very odd since installing the 2022 options have become not available.
