Multifactor authentication

I have the network version of ProSeries. I want to set up MFA. I see where I can set it up for me but how do I set it up for all of my employees?

Don't they have Intuit UserIDs and passwords of their own? They cant log in and do it here?https://accounts.intuit.com/index.html
