Multi-State E-File Center

I'm  doing a multi-state client Iowa/Pennsylvania but when I go to e-file Pennsylvania does not show, and i already added Pennsylvania .  It show his income and everything else when I check his information but when I go to e-file Center it does not show. Can anyone help me with this?  May be is something simple but i cant figure it out.  Thanks
