Every so often a client file will be missing from the Homebase and I have to reopen the client from the Open File icon at the top of ProSeries and re-save the client for it to appear in the Homebase. This is happening maybe 1 out of every 30-40 taxes. Anyone else experiencing this? Is there a solution? I've tried running the Homebase Maintenance but that did not resolve the issue.

Jean Marc. Check the bottom of the list, all the way to the bottom to see if it is there ... In the e-file module this has happened to me, ie some clients have been moved down to the bottom, sometimes both federal and state, sometimes just one... So double-check the bottom of the list. Hope this helps you. Just my opinion
