MD 502 - EITC
Is anyone familiar with MD Form 502 for residents? There's a box which is part of Line 22 for EITC. Not sure where to click on that box without overriding it. It allows taxpayers to claim the EITC in MD when they are not eligible for federal taxes.
MD SB218 allows taxpayers with Individual Tax Identification Numbers to claim the EITC. An SSN is required for Federal taxes but MD now allows it per SB218 signed last month.
I checked the Info Worksheet and EITC Wks in MD but don't see this option.
