Link problem

I want to send a document to a client using Link.  When I click on the attachment icon, the box comes up with the revolving circle but never finds anything.  Just keeps spinning.  Any ideas?

Are you trying to send a tax return?

Yes and a text file

Yes. But it doesn't get that far. When I click on the paper clip to add a file, it just keeps spinning around and never looks for any files.

@TA3 Do what I suggested.  It should resolve the issue you are having.  That's typical of Link.
