K-1 with an amount in box 20 code E

I entered the information on the K-1 input, but there is required information on Form 3468 that isn't shown on the K-1.  Also, I linked the K-1 form to 3468, but the information is not transferring to it and the wrong percentage is being calculated.  Any one have experience with this to let me know what I am missing/doing wrong?

Some numbers from the K-1 don't automatically transfer to where they should be and need to be manually entered.

Have you tried just manually entering the information on the 3468?

If the K-1 doesn't provide the information that you need, you may need to contact the preparer of the K-1 for more information.

ProSeries HAS has some errors and problems with Form 3468, but that depends on the exact circumstances.   If you think the program is calculating something wrong, you'll need to tell us more information about what kind of credit applies and the specific details about the credit.

Thank you for your reply.  The K-1 input stated that if I linked the 3468 it would put the amount where it belonged.  That part never happened, but  after I sent the message, I played around with the 3468 and eventually I was able to get the correct amounts to populate (that information was on the K-1 in the notes).  What isn't on the K-1 notes that the 3468 (per ProSeries) is requiring is the date the construction began and the date it was placed in service.  I will send an email to my client, so he can ask the partnership contact for that  information.  Interestingly, the K-1 provided a lot of information that the 3468 didn't ask for, nor that I could see where to input it.
