How can I correctly install 2018 ProSeries DMS program on a new computer?

I purchased a new computer (Windows 10 replacing a Window 7 computer) and downloaded the 2018 Pro Series DMS program. I opened the program, entered my account number, and my zip code. I get the noticed 'Tax data file is corrupt'. How can I correctly install this program on a new computer?

I would try uninstalling the program, reboot the computer, and then install the program again.  If that doesn't work, you might want to give support a call.
