Alabama Program Disaster?
I encourage all Alabama users to maintain records as to their actual damages/cost related to ProSeries failure to perform and respond in an acceptable manner. The cost may be postage, additional back office staff, lost business etc. ProSeries has obviously make a corporate decision to let Alabama dry on the vine. We need to hold them accountable. (The Federal program is also a total mess.)
